I'm a qualified and experienced Forest School Leader. I believe in the connection between nature and humans which gives us the ability to grow and thrive and to develop respect and awareness for natural environment in which we live. I am passionate about providing opportunities for people to learn from nature and explore the outdoors in order to gain self-esteem and confidence within themselves as well as protecting and restoring the natural environment. I love spending time outdoors exploring with my children and going for long walks.

I am a mum to two happy girls who are now five. We love being outdoors as it definitely makes us feel so much better not always realising that is what we needed. I am a single parent with childcare background and even with 20+ years experience I still find myself not always sure how to do the best things for my children, I am always learning. But being outside makes us feel better about life, and the bigger things we might be worried about. Before children I used to do rock climbing, Pilates, long walks, and reading. I really would like to get back into some of these, l still love to curl up with a good book, and imagine and feel what it is I’m reading.
