The Enchanted Woods offer a variety of Forest School and Holistic Well Being workshops, sessions and retreats for children and adults with the aim to support peoples well being and connection to nature. We offer well being retreats, yoga sessions, forest school sessions, and woodland birthday parties. We provide Forest School parties and sessions at Mousehold Heath, Norwich and Wellbeing retreats, yoga sessions and eco-friendly art at The Ash Tree Yurt, Norwich. We are also able to come to an open or green space for workshops, sessions and special events. Activities include making a fire and sharing circle, yoga classes, building dens, climbing trees, woodland craft and art, foraging and feasting, willow sculptures, meditation, traditional celebrations, woodcarving, forest bathing, fauna and flora identification and much, much more. Education, Community, Nature
Forest School sessions for children and adults within schools, charities, community centres or Norwich green spaces. Forest School raises peoples self- esteem through creative and independent learning and provides them with a nurturing, supportive and inclusive learning environment where they can thrive. Forest School is particularly successful in supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs.

Retreats, Reconnect, Nurture and Restore
Workshops and Retreats for people to develop their holistic wellbeing, feel connected to nature, relax and escape from the stresses of life. Our retreats include yoga, meditation, nature inspired eco-friendly art, , positive affirmations, and healthy vegan food all held in the beautiful and harmonious Ash Tree Yurt in Norwich

Forest School Parties
Celebrate your children's birthday or your loved ones special event with a magical woodland party. Parties include a fire circle with marshmallows , woodland craft activities, foraging and finding, building dens, playing woodland games and exploring the woods. Our Forest School Parties are held in the beautiful and magical woods at Mousehold Heath, Norwich
