An uplifting, flowing and relaxing yoga class suitable for busy people who wish to relax. Classes are held in the beautiful and harmonious Ash Tree yurt, 90 Plumstead Rd. Only 8 spaces are provided so people can do yoga in a supportive, nurturing an non - judgemental peaceful environment of the yurt. Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
