Service Description

Yoga Restore is a gentle, relaxing and restorative yoga class suitable for people who wish to alleviate pain in the body, become more flexible and relax. Classes are held in the beautiful Ash Tree Yurt, 90 Plumstead Rd, Norwich. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Spaces are limited to 8 people to offer a supportive, nurturing and non-judgemental environment to do yoga. Classes are £60 for 6 sessions.
